At Ganko Takarazukaen in Takarazuka, you will learn about the history of Japanese food culture through “The History of Sushi” and join a hands-on sushi-making workshop. You will also watch a demonstration of how fish is filleted. The sushi you make can be enjoyed on the spot, served with chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) and akadashi (red miso soup). At the end of the program, you will receive a certificate of completion and have the chance to take commemorative photos.
